About Shawn
I have always been into sports & I started out as a physical training instructor, which supported my sporting ambitions & experience as an elite Adventure Racing and International Ultra Endurance Athlete. I have encountered most injuries from tennis elbow, to strains all the way up to broken bones & had a variety of treatments. This is what has driven me to understand & appreciate the human body; & to qualify as a massage therapist.
These days, I focus on Ultra Self-Supported Cycling for events 1000-3000 km (recent events in Rwanda, Portgual, USA, Brazil, Ecuador, etc) So if you have any cycling or sports related issues, I will be able to relate with you and advise/treat accordingly.
